This post is super special for me, full of emotions because there are so many positive thoughts that I would like to express. The Fashion Statement turns 3 years, and it’s easier said than done because believe me, it has been 3 years of dedication and hard work, ups and downs, and a lot of learning throughout this path. Of course I need to thank life for giving me the opportunity to do this amazing work, because I’ve put my heart into this project that has become my full-time job. The new year recently began and I don’t know about you but for me, my New Years resolutions are super important. And I think we can all agree that the one most people always have as #1 is eating healthy. Fun fact: it’s proven that most Americans give up on their New Years resolutions by February. So that’s why I’m here today to show you another recipe that’s healthy and delicious that will make the process of completing the eating healthy resolution much easier. Because eating good doesn’t mean that your meals have to be boring. And don’t think that it’s all about vegetables and greens because you can really spice it up and turn any lunch into a healthier option. For instance, how about learn some white quinoa recipes? Sounds yummy, right?! Well, meals with quinoa and chicken are healthy and tasty. I’m showing you today one of my all-time favorite recipes to make for dinner and any time of the day– a chicken quinoa salad! It might seem like there are a lot of steps but it’s super easy. You can also turn this dish into an on-the-go lunch by putting it in an air tight container.
