Spring is almost here, and will bring us a sense of fresh and brighter life. As the season and weather changes so does our bodies, and we need to keep ourselves ready accordingly. To keep yourself healthy and fit during the spring season, keep reading, for a few tips which will definitely help you.

Make a Different Breakfast
You must be bored of eating those bowled eggs and heavy breakfasts throughout the winter season. So now it’s time to make some changes in your breakfast. You may take bowls of yogurt or oatmeal and add some blueberries to it. Blueberries are the top-ranked antioxidant food. It will not only make your breakfast tasty and delicious but you will also feel your tummy filled, making it overall a satisfying snack. And never forget to eat an apple in your breakfast which is highly beneficial for your health, regardless to any season.

Keep Yourself Hydrated
As the temperature rises, so does your sweat rate. The changes in weather and sweating makes you feel irritable. Even a 5 degree increase in the climate can make you sweat and can cause significant changes in your fluid needs. Our body majorly comprises of water and fluid loss through sweating which can make your both physical and mental performance affected. If you are not keeping yourself properly hydrated during the day then you may face severe dehydration problems. However, proper dehydration is not a one day thing; it’s about every day. You should make sure that you are drinking plenty of water for the whole day especially when climate is changing.

Walk or Run
Walking or running in the Spring season is one of the best exercises that one can perform without any equipment. Walking or running not only makes you healthy and fit but also helps in reducing depression, stress and anxiety. And it’s more beneficial during the Spring season since you may enjoy the weather in early morning.

Avoid the Heavy Foods
Before the Spring season and during Winter, everyone likes to eat heavy and oily foods. Those fried potatoes and heavy delicious dishes are a part of everyone’s table of food. When entering to the Spring season start avoiding and skipping these heavy foods and take light meals. You may take salads adding raw vegetables to it such as carrots, cucumber, tomatoes etc. In this way you will not only get nutrition but also feel yourself fresh and healthy.

Protect Yourself from the Sun
One of the most important tips to get ready for Spring is to protect oneself from the sunlight. This means that you need to protect your skin from the peak hours of scorching sunlight. Wear a hat or grab an umbrella to protect your sensitive skin. And never forget to apply sunscreen on your face before stepping out.

¡Hola! Como te habrás dado cuenta, me encanta compartir tips de moda y estilo, pero en esta ocasión toca salud y bienestar.

La primavera esta a la vuelta, lista para iluminar nuestra vida con sus aires de frescura. Así como cambia el clima, también lo hará nuestro organismo, por lo que debemos ajustarnos y sobretodo prepararnos a dicho cambio. Para mantenerte saludable y en forma durante la primavera, continúa leyendo, tengo algunos consejos que sin duda te ayudarán.

Es momento de preparar un desayuno diferente

¿Aburrida de comer esos huevos tibios o duros y el pesado desayuno que solías tener en el invierno? Pues ahora es momento de hacer algunos cambios. Puedes elegir por un plato de yogurt o avena y añádele blueberries o arándanos. Contienen un alto grado de antioxidantes y no solamente harán tu desayuno delicioso, también son ideales para que te sientas satisfecha al comerlas en un snack. No olvides comer una manzana en las mañanas, la cual ofrece un gran beneficio a la salud, sin importar la época del año.

Mantente hidratada

Así como se eleva la temperatura, se eleva tu nivel de sudoración. El cambio de clima y el hecho de sudar te pueden hacer sentir irritable. Incluso un aumento de 5 grados en la temperatura puede provocar que sudemos, causando significativos cambios y la necesidad de ingerir liquidos.

Nuestro cuerpo está formado mayormente por agua y los fluidos perdidos a través de la sudoración, pueden hacer que tanto tu rendimiento fisico y mental se vean afectados. Si no te hidratas lo suficiente a lo largo del día puedes enfrentar problemas severos de deshidratación. Sin embargo, el mantenerse hidratado no es cosa de un día, debes hacerlo a diario. Así que asegúrate estar ingiriendo suficientes liquidos durante todo el día, especialmente cuando el clima está cambiando.

Camina o corre

Caminar o correr durante la temporada primaveral es uno de los mejores ejercicios que puedes realizar sin necesidad de contar con un equipo especial o acudir a un gimnasio. El caminar o correr no solo ayudará a tu salud y te dará un cuerpo atlético, también es excelente para combatir la depresión, el estrés diario y la ansiedad. Es mucho mas benéfico en esta temporada porque puedes disfrutar del bello clima por las mañanas.

Evita las comidas pesadas

Antes de la primavera, durante el invierno, todos disfrutamos comer mas pesado y a veces comidas grasosas. Esas papas fritas y platillos pesados suelen ser parte de nuestra alimentación. Adentrándonos en la primavera, debemos saltarnos y evitar ese tipo de alimentos y elegir comidas mas ligeras. Opta por ensaladas añadiendo vegetales crudos de preferencia, como zanahoria, pepino,  jitomate, etc. De esta manera no sólamente tendrás una buena alimentación sino que te sentirás fresca, ligera y saludable.

Protégete del sol

Uno de los consejos mas importantes para estar preparados para la primavera es protegerse de los rayos solares. Esto significa proteger nuestra piel en las horas en que el sol da con mas intensidad. Lleva un sombrero o paraguas para proteger la piel y sobretodo, nunca olvides aplicar bloqueador en tu rostro antes de salir de casa.

Elabora una rutina de ejercicio

Las mañanas y noches de primavera son siempre muy agradables. Debes elaborar una rutina de ejercicio en este periodo, pero recuerda irla ajustando gradualmente de acuerdo a tu cuerpo y a tus necesidades.
