EASY SUMMER SMOOTHIES // DELICIOUS AND NUTRITIOUS

Hey guys, how’s your summer going?

This time I have something different for all of you. I’m introducing a new category to my blog, recipes! Under this I’ll be sharing a lot of tasty recipes that I love, and the best thing: simple and exquisite.

I’m a huge fan of smoothies or any type of summery drink. I think that they work perfect as a refreshing beverage for any occasion especially for the hot season. So today, I decided to share with you 3 of my favorite summer smoothies. What I love about these recipes is that they are super easy to make and require things that I bet you already have at home. So let’s get started!

KIWI-STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE

This one is one of my favorites, full of vitamin and very delicious.
SERVINGS: 1 (double ingredients for more)
1 cup of chopped strawberries
2 peeled and chopped kiwis
2 tablespoons of sugar or stevia
2 cups of ice

COMBINE the strawberries, kiwis, sugar, and ice. Blend them together until smooth. You can add more or less sugar according to your taste or even add stevia to prevent the extra calories. Then pour into your cups and enjoy!

SPA CUCUMBER

if you love relaxing and tasty drinks then definitely try this one out!
SERVINGS: 1 (double ingredients for more)
2 medium cucumbers
the juice of 1 lime or lemon
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of ice
3 to 4 teaspoons of sugar, honey, or stevia.

START by peeling, seeding, and chopping your cucumbers. Then blend them with the lime juice, water, ice, and sugar until smooth. Be ready to love what you drink!

CHERRY-VANILLA SMOOTHIE

I wanted to save the best one for last. If you are more into sweet drinks, just like me, this one is the perfect one for you.
SERVINGS: 2
1 1/2 cups of pitted cherries
1 1/4 cups of milk can be soy, rice, almond, etc.
3 tablespoons of sugar
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1 cup of ice

BLEND the cherries, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, salt, and ice until you see no more lumps and you’re done!

Hola, ¡feliz martes!
En esta ocasión tengo algo diferente. Estoy inaugurando una nueva categoria en mi blog: recetas! Bajo esta, compartire variedad de deliciosas recetas, que me gustan y lo mejor:  simples y exquisitas.
Soy realmente fan de los smoothies, asi que les traigo tres de mis favoritos, super faciles de preparar, con ingredientes que solemos tener en casa. Así que empecemos:

 

FRESA-KIWI
Este es uno de mis favoritos, delicioso y muy saludable.
PORCIONES: 1 (añade el doble de ingredientes para mayor cantidad)
1 taza de fresas picadas
2 kiwis pelados y picados
2 cucharadas de azucar o stevia
2 tazas de hielo

 

Mezcla los ingredientes y licualos hasta que se forme una mezcla homogénea. Puedes añadir mas o menos azúcar segun al gusto o añade stevia para evitar el exceso de calorías. ¡Sirvelo y disfruta!

 

PEPINO SPA:

 

Si te gustan las bebidas relajantes, pero deliciosas, entonces ¡este es para ti!
PORCIONES: 1 (añade el doble de ingredientes para mayor cantidad)
2 pepinos medianos
El jugo de una lima o limon
1/2 taza de agua
1 taza de hielo
3 o 4 cucharadas de azucar, miel o stevia

 

Comienza pelando, picando el pepino, pero no olvides quitarle las semillas. Después licualos junto con el limón, el agua, hielo y azúcar hasta formar la mezcla. ¡Preparate para disfrutar esta bebida deliciosa!

 

CEREZA-VAINILLA
Quise dejar el mejor para el final. Un smoothie lleno de sabor, asi que si eres de los que disfruta de los sabores dulces, como yo, no dejes de preparar este.
Porciones:2
1 1/2 taza de cerezas sin semillas
1 1/4 taza de leche, puede ser soya, arroz, almendra, etc.
3 cucharadas de azucar, o stevia
1 cucharada de extraxto de vainilla
Una pizca de sal
1 taza de hielo
 

Licua bien los ingredientes, hasta que no hayan grumos y ¡a disfrutar!
