Hello fashionistas, Friday is here!!! And I am especially excited because, it’s not only the start of the weekend, but it’s the start of Thanksgiving break. So we have an entire week to relax. Well, actually, the only break I will get is not having to take my kids to school early in the morning because in reality I will be full of work. hahaha. Honestly, I’m not complaining at all because I am thankful to be doing what I love the most.

Hello loves! How is your start of November going?
Are you starting to get ready for the holidays? Because I know I am since they are very close, by the way. I don’t want to have to rush with the last-minute holiday shopping and OMG, the malls are always crazy during this time. So my biggest recommendation is to avoid the stress and to be prepared on time with your garments for all the activities you will probably have coming up, so get ready to rock the holidays in a stylish way.
Thank god that it’s finally starting to feel like fall! Because as I mentioned in my last post, the weather was extremely warm during the past week but from one day to another it drastically changed and the temperatures are starting to feel like the right season. And cooler climate means that it’s time to start getting all of your warm pieces to keep you bundled up. Since we are in November I think chilly and cold weather feels great and not gonna lie, it’s one of my favorite times of the year. It allows you to bring your winter pieces to life as well as layers that you had in storage for a long period of time.
Happy Monday guys! Wishing you a very productive and awesome week.
Without a doubt, fashion should be fun and should always involve using your creativity when putting together and outfit in order to add visual interest to your look. That way, you will develop your own personal style, a style that goes with your personality and lifestyle. A style that makes you feel you, and confident all the time. The purpose of The Fashion Statement is to inspire you and give you some ideas and tips to make the moment of getting dressed easier. You can use each look as a guide and try to create the look with the pieces that you already have in your wardrobe. Remember that I always give you the options from the exact garments to buy or similar ones at a more affordable price. So girl, no excuses to look your best no matter what!
Happy hump day! Hope you’re enjoying your week as much as I am.
Here in San Diego there are still no signs of fall! We’re having summer-like days and the temperatures are starting to rise, especially since last week. But in the end, this is something that I love about California, the weather. These past couple of weeks we’ve had a continuously changing forecast.
